We spend a lot of time obsessing over our gear’s quality and reliability, but even rock-solid gear will eventually make its way to that great gear bag in the sky. Wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect, or misuse can cause premature gear failure, so, unfortunately, those things aren’t covered. However, we will always do our best to help you out whenever we can!
