Warranty

Thank you for your interest or purchase of the products and services of Hummingbird Hammocks.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Hummingbird Hammocks (the “Physical Goods”).

Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Hummingbird Hammocks will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Problem Correction

Hummingbird Hammocks will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Hummingbird Hammocks is 180 days from the date of purchase.

Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damaged not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Fabric degradation due to prolonged UV light exposure
  • Exceeding the weight limit of any piece of equipment
  • Use of Product outside normal operating conditions and use

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Hummingbird Hammocks to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
