hammock is better than their customer service.

This thing is expensive. Super lightweight though, and small.
Kinda cumbersome to stuff the tree straps in the sack. Probably should have made the sack slightly larger. It's a good hammock for sure.
Don't be fooled by their lifetime guarantee though. My tree strap broke slamming me to the ground. They did not want to replace the tree strap. Pulling teeth just to get 25% a tree strap replacement.
