Domestic Orders

If your tracking reports that your package is still at our facility or has been static for a couple of days, there could have been a missed scan, which would have prevented an update, or your package could have been delayed somewhere. Hang in there! Your package will likely turn up very soon. If you have not seen any tracking updates for 14 consecutive days, please contact us using our Support Form, and we will determine the best steps to recover your order!

International Orders

The USPS tracking system has dramatically improved for overseas orders but is still less dependable than domestic orders. If your last tracking update was within 30 days, please be patient, as your order may be held up in customs and will be with you soon! If you have not seen tracking updates for 30 consecutive days, please get in touch with us using our Support Form, and we will work with you to determine the next step.
